Account Based Marketing Lead
About kaiko
Clinicians and nurses work under heavier pressure than ever. More patients, more data, more decisions to make. kaiko gives them back the time, focus, and headspace they need to give patients the best possible care.
kaiko is one of Europe's leading clinical AI labs, and one of the only companies working across the full stack. Our approach spans three layers: our own foundation models, a clinical AI workspace built for complex hospital needs, and use cases ranging from preparation and decision support to diagnostics and interpretation.
Our workspace is in daily use at leading European hospitals, reducing preparation time and cognitive workload for clinical teams. The next decade of European healthcare will be shaped by AI. We're here to shape it in the best way possible. kaiko is a well-funded company with a growing international team, operating from Zurich and Amsterdam.
About the role
kaiko's buyers are a focused set of senior hospital decision-makers. They make decisions based on trust and on the recommendations of people they already know. Marketing's job is to earn attention from these specific people and open the door.
Working with sales, you identify the right hospitals, map the key people inside them, and run marketing efforts against that named list. What those efforts are is up to you, and up to what works best for a given account: a targeted campaign, an enlisted advisor who can make a warm introduction, a well-placed leadership touch. You build the approaches that work into a repeatable method that holds up as we grow across new European markets.
We're looking for someone who thinks in named accounts and individuals rather than broad audiences, who can build sharp, targeted campaigns aimed at specific people, and who is creative about finding warm routes into rooms that are hard to enter.
You will be based in Amsterdam, with the expectation of spending at least 50% of your time at the office.
Some areas of responsibility
Work with sales to identify the right hospitals, and own the named-account map: which hospitals matter, which people sit inside them, and where we stand with each.
Direct the marketing team's output toward those named accounts: decide which account receives which content, event, and leadership touch, and in what sequence.
Design and run marketing efforts against the named list, using whatever works best, and build the effective approaches into a repeatable method.
Coordinate closely with sales on each account, hand over relationships once they are warm, and own ABM coverage and account KPIs.
About you
7 to 10 years in account-based marketing, business development, partnerships, or market entry at B2B companies with complex products and senior, technical, or clinical audiences.
You think in named accounts and individuals, not broad audiences or lead volume, and you are comfortable working against a focused set of target accounts.
You are resourceful and creative about reaching senior, hard-to-access decision-makers.
Real campaign craft: you design and run targeted campaigns aimed at specific people, across paid and owned channels.
A self-starter who operates with limited direction. You set your own brief, prioritize, and ship without waiting for a perfect spec.
Nice to have
Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or AI sectors.
Experience working with advisory boards or partners to reach a specific audience.
Working knowledge of Dutch or German.
We are excited to gather a broad range of perspectives in our team, as we believe it will help us build better products to support a broader set of people. If you're excited about us but don't fit every single qualification, we still encourage you to apply: we've had incredible team members join us who didn't check every box!
