Our values
Ownership, Momentum, Collaboration, and Impact shape every decision we make, from how we solve problems to how we interact with each other.
-
Ownership
Taking full responsibility with conviction
We speak up about opportunities regardless of title, evaluate ideas on merit rather than hierarchy, and drive solutions to completion. When we discover a problem, we take responsibility for ensuring it is resolved. True excellence comes from going the extra mile and delivering outcomes that make people take notice.
-
Momentum
Making progress and staying agile
Progress is about learning fast and adapting faster than anyone else. We embrace mistakes as stepping stones to success. The faster we identify what doesn't work, the faster we discover what does. In a fast-moving environment, indecision is costly, so we make hard decisions and challenge our ideas against reality.
-
Collaboration
Working together with passion
We put ourselves in a position of curiosity, understanding context and past decisions before contributing. Feedback is a gift that builds trust and sharpens ideas. We celebrate achievements, make meetings purposeful, and value individual contributions. Leadership is demonstrated at all levels through real impact.
-
Impact
Creating change that matters
We dream big because playing safe leads to average results. We prioritize long-term healthcare impact over short-term profit, knowing that when we lead with impact, trust and value follow. Like Swiss watchmakers, we lead with quality and attention to detail. We embrace diversity to build better products for more people.

I always wanted to work in healthcare but I wasn't sure how my technical skills and expertise would be useful in this field. Through kaiko.ai, I found a lot of support and trust that empowered me to journey through unfamiliar territories, striking a balance and leveraging my skills to create meaningful products. Collaborating with highly intelligent individuals driven by a common goal of innovation is incredibly motivating and encourages me to consistently push beyond boundaries.

I really appreciate the can-do attitude and collaborative spirit of my colleagues, who are not only very talented and motivated, but also great people in general.
